Can I use Trakoli without AI?
Yes. Core is entirely manual and does not include AI suggestions.
Does AI reply automatically?
Not on Core or Assisted. Assisted prepares replies and actions for approval. Automation can execute only within configured rules, confidence thresholds and exception policies.
How does billing work?
Each plan has a monthly base price plus US$0.30 per processed order. There is no monthly cap. Growth and Wholesale are US$20 add-ons where eligible.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp business setup?
Connection options depend on the plan and available WhatsApp integration mode. Trakoli guides the merchant through the supported onboarding path.
Is Trakoli limited to Haiti?
No. Haiti is an initial market scenario, while currencies, languages, payments, delivery and market rules are configuration-driven.
What is Trakolist?
Trakolist is the customer hub for followed stores, orders, tracking, notifications, stories and reorders.
What does store knowledge do?
Approved policies, documents, catalog information and operational memory give context to assisted suggestions and growth recommendations.
Is the free trial limited by shipment count?
No. The Assisted trial lasts 10 days, requires no card, and is not defined by a 25-shipment limit.
