Trakoli Commerce is the operating system for merchants whose sales begin across conversations, digital storefronts and in-person interactions. Naya can organize, prepare or execute commerce work according to the plan, merchant permissions and configured safeguards.

Trakoli was built from direct experience with merchants operating through conversational and fragmented commerce workflows, beginning in Haiti and extending to the Dominican Republic and other markets. Haiti is the origin and first market context, not a hard-coded product boundary.

Merchants already selling by message: fashion, beauty, hair, accessories, cosmetics and lifestyle — categories where customers order through conversation and come back for new arrivals.
The product was built in Haiti and today serves the HT, DO and CA markets, with currencies and payment methods configured per market (MonCash, NatCash, cash on delivery, bank transfer, Stripe).
The site and app are available in French, English and Spanish (adapted for the Dominican Republic). Haitian Creole is used in public customer tracking.
