What Trakoli is

Trakoli Commerce is a WhatsApp-first commerce operating system that turns conversations, storefront activity and store data into tracked orders, confirmed payments, visible deliveries and prioritized actions.

Who operates Trakoli

Trakoli Commerce is owned by Kombyt (legal entity: KOMBYT), registered in Canada.

Where Trakoli comes from

The team behind Trakoli spent several years setting up and running commerce operations on WhatsApp and other integrated systems, working alongside merchants in Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Canada. Trakoli Commerce grew out of that direct experience.

Since when

Trakoli Commerce has existed since May 26, 2026.

Who it's for

Merchants already selling by message: fashion, beauty, hair, accessories, cosmetics and lifestyle — categories where customers order through conversation and come back for new arrivals.

Where Trakoli operates

The product was built in Haiti and today serves the HT, DO and CA markets, with currencies and payment methods configured per market (MonCash, NatCash, cash on delivery, bank transfer, Stripe).

Languages

The site and app are available in French, English and Spanish (adapted for the Dominican Republic). Haitian Creole is used in public customer tracking.

Three modes, one system

Core for fully manual control, Assisted for a copilot that prepares and suggests, Automation for rule-governed execution — merchants choose the level of supervision.
